Where are your watches made?

We are a professional watch manufacturer. All Silk Road Watches are designed and assembled at our factory located in Foshan, Guangdong, China. By selling direct from our factory, we ensure high quality at honest pricing.

Are your prices final?

Yes, the prices listed on our website are the selling price for the watch. However, as an international shipper, please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by your local government upon delivery. These fees are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes! We currently offer Free Shipping on Orders Over $120. Check our homepage for any other ongoing seasonal promotions.

What are your shipping times?

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process. Once shipped, the estimated international delivery time is 3–14 business days.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our factory warehouse in Foshan, Guangdong, China.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. The watch must be returned in unused, unworn, and brand-new condition with all original packaging.

Are duties and taxes refundable if I return an item?

No. Duties and taxes paid to your local customs authority are non-refundable by Silk Road Watches. You will need to contact your local customs office to seek a refund for those specific fees.

How do I handle a defective or damaged watch?

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at help@silkroadbags.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including covering the return shipping cost for verified defects.
