At Silk Road Watches, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please note the following conditions for all returns:
Condition: The watch must be returned in unused, unworn, and brand-new condition. This includes the watch case, strap, all original packaging (boxes, plastic wraps, protective stickers), and any accessories or documentation (manuals, warranty cards) that were included.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned inside their original box.
Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at help@silkroadbags.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our facility in China.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method, as Silk Road Watches is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
Refunds
Once your returned watch is received and thoroughly inspected by our quality control team (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund.
The refund will be issued to your original method of payment (PayPal or Shopify Payments).
Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Items & Costs

Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping fees paid on your order (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If your watch arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at help@silkroadbags.com with photographic proof of the issue. We will work quickly to replace the item or provide a full refund, including covering the cost of return shipping for verified defects.
